Framber set the Quality Starts record for a single season last year. There was never any doubt he would be the Opening Day starter.

Julio gets start for the Dodgers over Kershaw. Kershaw showed a lot class endorsing Julio Urias, unfortunately this will probably be Urias last year with Dodgers. Boras will want a huge contract and not sure if Dodgers will deal with him.
