No bases (I the Playoff Absolute cards from 2003 elude me). The two solo batting glove swatches are just boring white swatches on these cards. Nothing as fancy as yours :)

New Rickey Collection Milestone: I just received in today's mail my 1500th item with a Rickey Relic. Here's the breakdown:

Hah... as I scrolled down, I did not see the strap card coming. Love it. Although all awesome, I'm still partial to the first one. The aesthetics are off the charts. (And I agree, those extra glove pieces need a home!)
That card is en fuego! I think it is immediately in my top 25 "most beautiful" cards for the visual feast it provides! You've had a lot of killer art cards, but that one is super sweet.
Rickey Collection Milestone! I just received in the mail my 2000th Rickey item that is serial numbered 50 or less. Here's my current stats on serial numbered Rickey items:
Serial Number Qty
1 of 1 39
5 or less 213
10 or less 517
15 or less 602
20 or less...
If anyone has an EMPTY BOX of 2022 Leaf Trinity Baseball that you'd be willing to part with for $8 PPD, please let me know. (no packs... just want the box). Thanks.
There were some posters also made in 1987... I think a Winfield has like a small red border around the picture (inside the white frame). I have seen them catalogued several different ways... hoping someone knows the TRUTH. :)
OK.... seeing if anyone knows this. There are two variations of the Rickey Henderson Sports Illustrated poster - some catalogs show these as 1986, some as 1985 and some as 1987. The difference between the two is the appearance or absence of the Yankees logo in the upper right corner. Any...
Ugh... here is a shockingly bad stat that you should never calculate. But my curiosity got the best of me. I've been on ebay since Jan 1998 -- over 25 years. I have received feedback on 4,241 purchases (I've undoubtedly made more, but let's just use that as a point of reference). Postage...
Maybe everyone already knows this, but in the 2022 Bowman Draft (and Bowman Draft Chrome and Bowman Draft Chrome Sapphire), there is a mention of Rickey on the back of A's prospect Henry Bolte's card #121. Somehow I accidentally got sent a bunch of the Bowman Draft Chrome #BDC-121 and Bowman...
Always good stuff Kent! BTW, in case anyone doesn't have this yet... this is a fairly reasonable price for a 2022 T206 Mini Piedmont variation which had a print run of 132. https://www.ebay.com/itm/256122578873
I already have one, but sharing in case others don't.
Time to start the hunt for a 1406/## :ROFLMAO:
BTW, don't look now, but the current active career steals leader (Elvis Andrus) is only 1,066 steals away from equaling Rickey. (#notworried)
COLLECTION MILESTONE ALERT!!
With my mail day today, I have now achieved the following milestones in my Rickey Henderson collection:
500th Rickey item that is serial numbered 10 or less
200th Rickey item that is serial numbered 5 or less
(and if you include cards with a stated print run in...
I like to think that Jackie Robinson could have stolen 100 bases if he was a contemporary of Rickey. Raines and Coleman were good competitors but JR would've been more on Rickey's level. The SB Leaders cards every year would be fun with Jackie in the NL and Rickey in the AL. :)
OK, here's a fun and weird one. 2003 Fleer Platinum -- these two-sided checklists were pack inserts. Rickey is shown on the back, under the Nameplates section... EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER PRODUCED THAT CARD! How poor is your quality control that you can't even get the checklist to match the...
