I appreciate your logic surrounding the team market more so than the potential for position changes affecting card prices. I will say this, Yoenis Cespedes got plenty of love in the Oakland market.
Leaf did a killer job with these. I know they had a bunch of issue with this product and I think you can see some of the inconsistencies across the checklist and especially with the numbering on the Pure cards you can tell something went wrong, but what actually got delivered was a great release.
Fun break. Looking forward to seeing how buyers respond to it. The cards are really well made. The inscriptions are really fun, some of the players got really creative.

I was approached by an account executive at Amazon asking me to sell there. They wanted a minimum of 100 listings and I think they were asking for 15%. I just didn't feel comfortable with it and didn't bother. There is no best offer option so I just thought it was really limiting.
Go back and read my comment on page 1. Just because a seller charges his customer $29.99 for shipping, that doesn't mean the seller can expense $29.99 for shipping. Shipping is both a revenue (what the customer pays for it) and an expense (what you paid for it). Just like the card you are...
No doesn't work that way. His shipping price to the customer is revenue, then his shipping label is a cost. You only get to show actual expenses as expenses. So if he sold a card for $10, charged $27 for shipping and then had $3 of actual shipping expense, he'd have to show $37 of revenue and...
I get all the Leaf Solicitations and the only currently solicited baseball product is the Yankee Legends Cut Signature product. It'll be one encased cut signature card per box.
I imagine that we'll get another round of Metal, Valiant, and Ultimate as the year progresses, but none have...
I'm a huge Tebow fan. I love this move. It's great for Tim and for the Pats. Even the craziest Tebow fan wouldn't expect him to start for the Pats, so this takes all the pressure off, gets Tim the NFL job that he should have, gets him with the two coaches in the NFL that had a vision for how...
All you have to do with any of these "best of" breaks is search ebay completed auctions. All BG does is buy raw stuff on ebay, he drives it down the street to BGS, and whatever it grades it goes into a box. I busted a cases of Best of Hockey and found all 3 raw card completed auctions just...
Valiant and Metal Football both did pretty decent for me. Army was great as I flipped it sealed and made a nice bit. Basketball is turning out to be tough. The price point per auto is one of the highest of any Leaf product I've opened. I hit some great cards too, they just aren't making the...
They'll probably make his Bowman Chrome cards "prospect" cards and then make his Bowman Draft cards "MLBPA rookie" cards. So he'll probably have a prospect auto in BC plus prospect base chrome cards and then in draft he'll be in the MLBPA RC section with probably RC chrome autos too.
Anyone else bust Leaf Metal Basketball? How did you make out if you sold out? As of this time, I'm getting slaughtered...still have some cards to go, but sold most of the biggies and I could be facing my worst loss on a Leaf product. Hopefully the 2 Ewings I hit will show up soon to help...
