Oops. Would've helped if I remembered to add that to my original post. :) The checklist between the test and regular version is different, as well. Burks wasn't part of the 1990 release.
It took a fair amount of research and time initially, but I found it to be well worth the effort. Just make sure to leave a few extra spaces more than you would need. Don't let years run into each other on the same page, either, even if you only have one card on a page.
This pretty much sums up how I use 3 ring binders/9 pocket pages to store my Burks collection. Oversize cards/oddballs are the only items that don't make it into the binders. Size specific holders for those.
