Nice work with those Alomar's
I especially like the addition of the gold and silver press proofs on the 98 Donruss "rainbow"
Really excellent work everyone. It is fun to see some of these old parallels in "rainbow" form :-)
Here is a challenge for someone??
Remember the old pacific...
O*&%(&$%$%&^ got another a-Rod Mini Gold tin ... BLAHHHHH Good thing is this is numbered to /199 so now I have one /999 and one /199 so I guess that is good. Now to see if I at least can get a PM in the box!!!
Still looking all. I picked up another Gold Box and will be cracking it tonight in search of either the Thomas or Molitor Gold Tin.. Fingers crossed!!!
Very Cool Brad, I cant tell is there a one to one on those 98 Gold Labels??
Speaking of Grace Gold Labels, I saw this one on eBay... Pretty cool card but very curious, any story behind it? Guy has a bunch of these...
Very cool, but a quick question, don't they have gold ones too?? Plus some more die cuts? Here are some of the gold ones...

The Select certified rainbows are pretty frickng awesome. Does anyone have a 1998 leaf Fractral matrix "rainbow" of anyone? I wouldn't even know where to start with one or how many "parallels" there were as there were X, Y,Z plus base die cuts, wood, nylon, all kind of stuff. That would be...
The way parallels have gotten today with some sets having in excess of 13-15 different colors/variations it got me thinking to a simpler time. If you go back to 1998 the leaf 50th set had quite a few with the fractal matrix cards, but for the most part sets had maybe 3-5 at most. Think pacific...

I have these players for Trade, Plus a few more. Looking to complete my Donruss Preferred Prized and Preferred Sets. List of cards I still need below.
Here is a link to the cards that I have listed for trade (so you can see the pictures)...
I would have to agree with Goob on the Griffey plate. If you have an $8,000 offer on it you would be foolish not to sell it. Unless you were a hardcore Griffey fan, have serious sentimental attachment to it or have more than 8K invested in it (which I highly doubt) not selling it at that price...
The Jeter does seem to have some strange bidding going on. It is now at 15K. But did you expect anything less? Anytime a card like that is on consignment it risks being manipulated. Even without manipulation i am thinking the card hits 20K+ and unless you are willing to fork over that much I...
Anyone have a guess on how much that Mirror Gold Jeter goes for? I think someone said the last one went for around 30K is that right?
I find it interesting though to how much the 96 Mirror Gold go for with NO serial number. The /30 is just a stated print run which on most late 90's inserts...
If you have any 1998 Preferred prized cards in there and are willing to part with them I would be willing to pay very well for them.... If not, no worries. Have a blast. That is a lot of cards. My wife would have killed me LOL
just picked this up for a nice price.. It is a dupe so plan on moving it of there is any interest PM me
