I thought that was unclear exactly what you were getting. Are you getting full complete sets of Gold Medallion Thunder Clap, Gold Medallion Hitting Machines, and Gold Medallion HR Kings?
I think they are great. I hate that the autos are sticker autos, but some of the base parallels are super fun. And you can get a fistful of them for about what you'd pay for a single box. The really dark style base cards don't seem to pick up the parallel effects too well, but the other two...
Do you collect the 1995 Pinnacle Rusty Greer? It's actually Jeff Frye pictured, if I'm not mistaken. Unfortunately, the ultra rare rainbow foil version of that card recently sold on ebay.
I feel so dumb now for buying all that Fire. Prices are so cheap on the market for singles - I can just buy all the rare cards I want and still come out WAY better than I did ripping.
Sorry - got the Renfroe GU from a rack pack and the other autos and GU from boxes. I bought a total of four $70 boxes, two $20 boxes, and about eight rack packs.

My Target got some in recently. I don't know what you call them, but I got three of the $5.99 packs and two of the $19.99 mini boxes. There are four $69.99 boxes still there. Not sure if I should buy them and sell off the pieces to get some of my money back or stick with buying singles on ebay :)
That was also surprising to me that he has essentially a set of 1997 Score Reserve Collection football, and incredibly tough set (not very valuable, though). It's more likely that he got Pinnacle's replacements or cut his own sheets than it being a hand collated set. He even describes the set...
