I organize by the year and then product alphabetically in binders. Of course, higher end, autos and game used go into magnetics and top loads. Here's a video of my binder collection....

If I pay less than $5 for a card and it's free shipping, I'd expect a PWE. I don't mind if it's a PWE as long as the card is received undamaged. However, if the card is damaged in the process, I would contact the seller to correct the problem.

I agree with the OP's Bonds assessment! :) I started collecting almost exclusively Bonds back in '98 and haven't looked back. He had all the tools and was a pleasure to watch. Certainly there's been a lot of turmoil along the way but I enjoy the hobby nonetheless.
