Don't think Salty was snubbed, he's been dreadful defensively all season.
Also, while the AL lineup appears to be a bit better, the NL has one hell of a group of reserves. Top five of Braun, Cargo, Cutch, Stanton, and Wright are MUCH better than Miggy, Konerko, Trout, Jones, and Trumbo IMO.
Yeah, that was about the ugliest split I've seen in a while.
I was at Yankees/White Sox today, wore my Youk Red Sox jersey :D. Ellicited a few choice comments from some fans haha.

Not terrible...
Found an awesome list someone made of the best names in the draft. Some of the "Sounds like" are absolutely hilarious.
1. Storm Throne, White Sox (771st overall)
Sounds like: Character name suggested by Toby Tolkien, 12-year-old younger brother of J.R.R.
2. Skye Bolt, Nationals (804th overall)...
Yup, I put "other" for 749 complete games. That's about 23 seasons worth of complete games for today's pitchers. Other than Shields last year, the league leaders have been in single digits since 1999.
I'm just crossing my fingers Papi makes three starts at first during the Miami and Chicago series. Otherwise I'm gonna have some serious lineup problems when Sandoval comes back.
