Brian Wilson Elbow Structural Damage Possible TJ

Nice, guess the same could be said of the right side of the Phillies infield.................or it's just a baseball injury, one he's had in the past and come back from. Best of luck to the Phillies in the uncoming series with the Giants.

Brian Wilson Elbow Structural Damage Possible TJ

This is terrible news for the Giants and for my fantasy team, so glad I drafted Wilson and Lincecum. I'd assume Casilla would get the nod as the closer. Romo throws sliders, and when they hang they get hammered. Plus, I'm not sure Romo can handle the pressure of the closer roll, he was terrible...

    Matt Cain near perfect game

Cain gave up just one hit in the 6th inning, to the opposing pitcher, and didn't walk a batter. Good to see him rebound from his bad outing against the Diamondbacks.

After watching the Opening Day game in Miami I think Stanton is going have a very tough time in that new park.

    Matt Cain Extension

It is a lot of money for a lot of years but with the new Dodger owners able to throw money around the Giants needed to lock up Cain for awhile and give themselves some time with Lincecum's contract in a couple of year. Now that Cain has signed I wonder is Hamels will as well.

How much would you pay for a game used bat of your player

It really depends on the player, the bigger the star, the more the bat will cost. I have around 15 Jay Canizaro bats, all cost me from $15 - $45 each. But I don't have any game used of Will Clark because the bats routinely sell for $150+. Link to my Canizaro bats...

Rare Cap Anson related postcard from 1907-08. GREAT NEW INFO

Re: Rare Cap Anson related postcard find from 1907-08. Fantastic postcard, looks like my kids t-ball game, just replace the car with strollers and add a couple of dads on the infield. Can you imagine watching a game from your car on the foul line....amazing!

Nice, the Giants used to play on the same theme in 1993 when they had Will Clark and Darren Lewis in the line-up and in 1991 or '92 they used to play on the "Black and Decker" theme when Bud Black pitched to Steve Decker.
