I know the 2002 style has silver and black for all players. And so I'm pretty sure the 2003 set has bronze parallels for everyone too, although I can't prove it. -

Just found this oldy but moldy thread. Interesting read. Also, this just came in :-) That leaves only the black parallel. There's one listed on ebay right now for $590.00 OBO, but I can wait. That's a non-starter. -

2025 has been a banner year for acquiring hard-to-find 90's inserts and parallels. The latest one is 1998 Bowman Chrome Gold Anniversary /50. I got a tip from Chris, a fellow Alomar collector, that one had been mis-listed in an ebay auction starting at $2. There was no mention of the word gold... -

True dat. I have never paid more than $6000 for any car I've ever owned. But that's just me, I'm not really a car guy. This kid seems like a pretty good prospect. But whoever buys it is just gambling that he'll be the next Trout or Judge. Maybe he will, but most likely he'll just be a decent... -

This is fascinating. I wish he had written a book about it. And honestly, I don't doubt a word of what he says. This "hobby", er I mean "industry", er I mean "racket" is one of the dirtiest on earth. Thankfully it's not violent like drugs or weapons, but it's every bit as corrupt.
