    Question about Making offers on COMC

    Like others are saying, just make the offers as you see fit. I make a lot of offers, some get accepted, some don't. I would say that roughly 70-75% of my offers are accepted. Just throw the offers out there, the worst that happens is they get declined.

    Buyer Beware: Topps Sketch Cards on eBay

    They are returned a certain amount of "blanks" that they can use to sketch whatever they choose on, or take commissions on. Josh EDIT: At least this is how it works in non-sport releases. They don't return completed work, they send the artists blanks.

    Can I use PayPal Multi Ship to ship to Canada??

    You can only ship via USPS Priority or Express mail to Canada. I think that you will have to do each item individually and fill out the customs form for each one as you go. Paypal doesn't allow for 1st class international shipping.
