    I stopped drinking alcohol and completely changed my diet. Down almost 50 pounds since March 7th. No exercise yet either.

    I get blood work done every 6 months. In December my triglycerides were 455, and a few weeks ago when I got it done again it’s dropped to 95. My doctor was pretty impressed.
