Twins get Adam Brett Walker, last guy I wanted to see dafted today.

When he makes contact, it's insanely powerful. That's just WHEN he makes contact. He also looks like he is having a horrific time in the field when ever I saw him.

I was told that if you do not sign that person, you cannot use the money elsewhere, is this true?
