Why? The MC was the best card in a 1-hit pack, the 5S was the worst card in a 5-hit pack...
How can Topps improve on a jumbo jersey card? tHE JERSEY TAKES UP 80% OF THE CARD.

Yep. The one from the cheaper product has a border, so no chipping. And it's lower numbered by almost 1/3.
