Happy Birthday dude! Taking a stab at brewing an amber ale. Simple recipe since it is my first time. Won't know how it turns out for a few weeks so far it has been fermenting for about 3 day and will sit in the airlock bucket for a total of two weeks. Might give a little taste prior to bottling but I may have fun with the anticipation and wait until 3 weeks after the bottling to taste with the carbonation

Boxes are waiting for me at home! Can't wait to bust some DLP, miss the stuff badly.

-6 degrees right now, had a low of -17. Thank god the wind isn't blowing. Brad I picked the Yanks #1 due to knowing that members in the break are player collectors. Probably only Pete and myself have love for the Yanks. Then Alex's and Dan's picks threw me off. I would have thought that they would have picked the Dodgers and Red Sox.
