Joba has to be up there. His autos were at least 2x Lincecum after release in 07. Perfect storm of Jobamania and a June release made for some high dollar base autos...around 150 if memory serves.

I'm not saying they turned out how we expected, but Rickie Weeks and Delmon Young's 2003 releases were certainly notable at that time.

Its interesting that the best one for many is a RC and not a FY.
I haven't looked lately though, is the price of the 2001 BC Pujols auto still the same now that he's with the Angels?
