Lmao I wasn't banned for bumping my threads according to a mod it was for excessive trolling. Which is not the case. Also I know when a deal is finalized and OP had a deal in place. My attitude is I neg for non payment and backing out of deals. I haven't had it happen yet knock on wood.

Non-payment happens on eBay, because it is an actual binding contract. Showing interest in a card here or even saying "Sure, I'll take it" is not really binding.
You can neg however you feel necessary. Just keep in mind that "negging" for such petty reasons probably won't reflect well for anyone doing future deals with you or your standing on the forum - in general. Being pushy and bothersome - instead of just moving on since you are at no loss for "listing" here - is really obnoxious.

The part you seem to be missing is that they never finalized an agreement.

And, by the way, I've read your post history there and the references to you. I know why you were banned.

The difference here is if you want to buy a card from me we agree on a price and I send PayPal and you back out. You withdrew from a contract deal and deserve to have it reflect your feedback.

Once, again, since you can't seem to pick up on what has been told you numerous times.

A PayPal ADDRESS was sent. PayPal payment was NOT sent. See the difference?

A list of cards to chose from was sent. All he had to do was say I want 1,2,4 and it was done instead he was well ill leave what he was to your imagination and backed out of a deal. Bmp1971 I'm shocked he hasn't commented on this thread.

He was suspended for a day for other reasons not regarding trades.
So - like I've now said in PM and publicly to you - there seems to be a disconnect with what you're understanding. Paypal Payment was not sent. I could send my PayPal address to people who are inerested in my cards all day long - does that mean I drop them all negs if they weren't 100% into the deal?

It's a case by case judgement call, but without knowing the transcripts of the PMs (including the amount of interest being shown - and no... do not post PMs on the boards as it's against TOS) - there's no way to say BMP 100% committed. As a matter of fact, he has since contacted PoseyBuster and verbally passed on the deal - which should have been assumed from lack of contact, anyway.

In other words - no harm, no foul. No one is out anything. Why neg?

It also amazing he's banned from the site he referenced.

You're screwed from the get go if he agrees to buy the card and you send the Paypal.

I really wish you'd stop acting like you know what you're talking about. You obviously have no legal background and don't belong acting like you know what constitutes a legally binding contract or not. You're completely wrong and you're just embarrassing yourself. So please stop.

You're wrong, there was no deal in place.....hence why I said 95% done. hr still had to pick a couple 15-20 dollar chrome autos from the list I gave him and present it back to me for approval. Don't act like you're right and that I have your back cuz you're NOT and I DONT.

Why is this HOS worthy, I had a legitimate question....
