"Flawless" Panini Customer Service

So I spend a 1,500 on a box of cards and pull a really nice Kyrie Irving Autograph. I then realize that the card has a clear smudge on the autograph and contact panini about it. They respond with we don't replace Flawless cards, even though that the Kyrie autograph was the encased hit. Terrible customer service....

I actually don't think the smudge is that bad. Maybe it's just me though, I'm not really picky.

I agree, however these are suppose to be "flawless"
