Way to go PSA and PSA/DNA

What's up with all of these signed Rose reprint rookies being slabbed as 1963 Topps Pete Rose with no mention of the reprint:

One of the sellers even says he has them in quantity. What's up with PSA/DNA for letting these unstamped reprints through without a "trade card" or "reprint" holder? Someone is going to get burned badly by one.

Blue PSA slabs only certify the auto not the card. I do agree that they shouldn't label these as 63 Topps though.
