Hit the gym for the first time since early June. Felt great . Went light and didn't over do anything but my hammys and groin area are super tight. Stretched before, during and after. Never had that happen before

I was supposed to be off, but got called in. I'm pretty tired, but haven't had any luck falling asleep.

The next few days are going to be insanely busy for me with work. Next week is #Redsfest at least. We can't wait for that. I won't have much time to be checking in the next week or two. Hoping to mail out to my MTSS victim either tomorrow or Mon-Tue.
