On-card auto?

I got to wondering when I saw the A&G below. I think that Topps did a fine job finding a unique card to be inserted into this set. I am still research the signature but I hope it is someone interesting. I lived on Oahu for several years so the Hawai'i cards always interest me and I wonder if Austin has any clues?

I don't own this particular one, it's just a representation since I don't have a scan. I believe this is my oldest (approx. 1881).

Not a card, but it's on a card-like material.

Last name hiuolay? A google search brings up a couple of articles with the word Hiuolay and baseball in it from 1894 and 1901. The 1901 article is from SF Times Newspaper.

I've tried to grab a few T-206 signed cards in the past, but have always lost. Seems like Marquard was the best option for that too.

I have a bunch of Goudey, Play Ball, Batter Up, Diamond Stars and other 30s cards signed, but I don't believe I have anything into the 20s or older.

GC - That card is awesome! Wow!

As for my oldest, sad it's probably a card in the 60s or something. I don't know.

I really want a card from the turn of the century. It's on my collecting bucket list - to acquire an older card.
