So what tweaks need to be made to make it legal?

My new get rich quick plan:
Step 1: Read forum posts answering question above
Step 2: Start new Razzle site, having adjusted standard procedures appropriately
Step 3: Profit

Here's how you make this work:

11 spots...1 free to a watcher, 1 goes to the razzer and 9 paid spots.

10 base cards that will be sent to #2-11 winners.
1 card sent to #1 winner.

everyone gets something, freebies, and razzes get their cut.....it's practically the most American thing I've ever heard of.

I'm sure its illegal because the government isn't getting their cut right? Because that's what it always comes down to.

I don't have a problem with it just I don't have a problem with people blowing $500 on the craps table. An adult should be able to spend their money however they please.

personally I hate the idea of it so I don't partake. Just like how I avoid going to the casino.

I'm sure though if there was a way to regulate it, it would be allowed, just like online poker. Hell now that Colorado is taking in millions in tax revenue from marijuana, other states are now changing their tune toward legalization.
