I am redoing my spreadsheet of my signed autographed baseballs. What cateogories do you think are important? Right now I have

Player Name
Type of Ball
TYpe of Ink
Location of Autograph
COA
Date/Location Signed
Value

Maybe a condition or grade (or maybe just a note column) for those that are extra bold or ones that may be fading/spotting

Great Idea, do you think any of my column headings should say something different, but mean the same thing.

Maybe instead of "Date/Location signed" just "Obtained" would work? Still filling it as intended such as "4/12/85 at Candlestick" or what not

Maybe an amount paid as well? Whether the price indicates the ball or cost of auto.. Depending on whether this is for personal use or selling of course. If it's for selling then obviously people don't need to know what you paid
