I would nominate Carlos Correa. His raw 2013 Chrome base autos are now up to Buxton levels, in the $170-$180 range.

I would also nominate Jose De Leon's 2015 Bowman autos. His base Chrome autos started out in the $10-$15 range, and are now around $20-$25. His Blue autos started out in the $50 range, and are now almost $100 each. An Orange auto sold for $533 recently.
Other than Urias, he's the Dodgers' next top young arm. He's making the Cali league look easy.

Blake Snell is off to an extremely hot start. His 2011 Chrome autos could be had for under $5 a month ago. Now they are consistently above $15. Blake was under the radar of everyone, and the time to sell is now.
I believe that Chris Heston Sterling autos are getting hot too.
Michael Pineda RC Autos from 2011 are up across the board. Was hoping to grab some more but his 16 K performance bumped prices up 50% or more.
Bryce Harper should make the list.

Small sample size currently, but Mike Wright just pitched a gem of a ML Debut.
Win - 7.1 IP, 0ER, 0BB, 6K
Only 3rd ML Debut of 7+ innings and 0 BB in the past 25 years.
BIN's are going off!
