It's interesting that BA ranks Devers #6 and Margot #7 in the BoSox system, but ranks Margot #7 2 and Devers #99 in the top 100. Which one is right?

I think the Red Sox pitching prospects are an interesting case. I have seen and read multiple sources that say Eduardo Rodriguez has the best shot of all of them to be an ace, and that his stuff is the best in the system. BUT, his ranking doesn't show it. Though at 50, his prices might be one of the best values on this entire list.

The Sox list is written by one staff member; the top 100 is compiled by all staff members.

It makes their org top 10 lists less significant.

In both cases, they speak to quite a few scouts and organizational officials before assembling their lists. The only difference is, when it comes to the Top 100, they each compile their personal top 200 lists, then debate from there.

I've got a bunch of Eduardo Rodriguez to move when folks are ready.
