I've acquired quite a few beat up vintage over the years and I thought I would try to put it to good use by trying to build a complete 1979 Topps Baseball Set. Here is the current breakdown of what I'm wanting to trade:

1 1954-1965 Topps/Bowman Baseball Card = 5 1979 Topps Baseball Cards

1 1966-1973 Topps Baseball Cards = 3 1979 Topps Baseball Cards

1 1974-1978 Topps Baseball Cards = 1 1979 Topps Baseball Cards

So for example, if you have 8 1979 Topps you would like to trade, you can have 1 1954-1965 Topps/Bowman and 1 1966-1973 Topps or 8 1974-1978 Topps cards or a number of other combinations.

Please remember that the majority of these vintage cards are in poor condition and do have issues including pen/marker marks, water damage. rips, tears, creases, etc. Also, there is duplication within the vintage so if you want 20 1968s, I can provide them but there may be some doubles. There Hall of Famers and Stars included in this lot (Frank Robinson, Juan Marichal and Orlando Cepeda to name a few) and I would like to trade them for other stars or hall of famers in the 1979 set. Here is the breakdown of vintage by year:

5 cards:
1954 - 1 card (Bowman)
1955 - 1 card (Bowman)
1957 - 2 cards (Topps)
1958 - 17 cards (Topps)
1960 - 31 cards (Topps)
1961 - 24 cards (Topps)
1962 - 17 cards (Topps)
1963 - 16 cards (Topps)
1964 - 22 cards (Topps)
1965 - 15 cards (Topps)

3 Cards:
1966 - 17 cards (Topps)
1967 - 6 cards (Topps)
1968 - 53 cards (Topps)
1969 - 9 cards (Topps)
1970 - 6 cards (Topps)
1971 - 23 cards (Topps)
1972 - 54 cards (Topps)
1973 - 2 cards (Topps, OPeeChee)

1 Card:
1974 - 240 cards (Topps)
1975 - 7 cards (Topps)
1976 - 14 cards (Topps)
1977 - 11 cards (Topps)
1978 - 18 cards (Topps)

What condition are you looking for on the 79s?
Sorry for the late response. Whatever is available. My cards are real beaters for the most part (1970s & up are a little better off) so I'm not concerned about condition.
