How to request min grade in BGS? Newbie

Hello,

I would like to help a friend submiting to BGS for the first time. He would like to encapsulate a certified Jordan auto he has and thinks he could get a 9.5 but of course he is no expert.

He sent me the submission form and I didn't see an area where he could request only "authentic" slabbing if less than 9.5 like I've heard before.

when i subbed myself i would just write it on a post-it and place it on the front of the card case.

not sure if its the correct way but it worked for me
