Has anyone ever seen this ebay buyer message before?

I sold an item last night and the buyer sends me the message below. I'm curious about the link. I haven't opened it yet. It simply has raised suspicion in my mind.

Not that exact message (with a link which is suspicious) BUT I have sold to them at least twice and they did message specific details on how they wanted things shipped, mostly wanting item #'s written on packages, that kind of thing. I would not block them from my auctions they make some high end purchases, I assume for over seas buyers and their instructions are to help them in their own sorting/delivery.

ya always want the eBay number which I have not and never will do.

I did sell an autographed framed jersey to them via UPS that was damaged in transit. They were really easy to work with and they waiting on UPS to do the insurance and refund.
