Morning All!

I started to put together a big presentation the other night but had to stop due to an issue with our intake child. I brought the items to work with me this morning and finished up my pictures with my cell phone camera.

MTSS was real good to me! Shall we begin??

Nice BIG box from Santa.
mtss1a.jpg

Inside was a well packed envelope of mystery!
mtss2a.jpg

I pulled it out and it was stuffed!
mtss3a.jpg

Carefully cut the top off with a peak inside....
mtss4a.jpg

4 wrapped packages numbered 1-4!
mtss5a.jpg

Opened up package #1
mtss7a.jpg
2016 Topps Update Jay Bruce All Star Game Patch card! The back of the card says the patch came from his actual All Star Game workout jersey.

***PLUS BONUS 4pks of card from Boeing, the space and aeronautical company (presumably Santa's cover employer when not at the North Pole)
These are really cool as they give you a brief look at a lot of aircraft they've made over the years for the military and commercial flying.
VERY COOL and I'm going to add them to my non-sports card 3-ring binder.***

WOW! Jay Bruce 5x7's from Stadium Club 05/49, Bunt reg 04/49 & Gold version 05/10, Heritage Gold 05/10 and Series #1 RED 1/5
I've been contemplating these for some time and just havent pulled the trigger.

I would have been well satisfied with the first two packages. Package #3

2009 Upper Deck Sweet Spots Jay Bruce autograph card 110/299!
I love the UD Sweet Spots cards. I've got a few of these but I didnt have any that where numbered to 299 so it will fit nicely next to my UD Sweet Spots Jay Bruce 1/1 I received last year in the MTSS gift exchange.

And now, as instructed, I saved #4 for last!

IMAG3042.jpg
HOLY FREAKIN MOLY! 2014 Topps Tier One Jay Bruce Bat Knob 1/1! This is my first bat knob card. I've seen them on eBay. I've salavated at the thought of one but never added one to my collection. Santa did just that! The picture I have taken doesnt do it justice! This is one of the best Jay Bruce cards I own and it will take it's rightful place in my curio cabinet (picture coming later) next to some other Jay Bruce and various other cards I have.

Last but not least, Santa included a very nice Snoopy Christmas card wishing my family a very Merry Christmas. (pic forth coming)

I'd like to Thank my MTSS in California for the very generous gifts. He went way above and beyond my expectations.

Thank you to all that come to the morning thread just to say Hi and let us all know how your day is going and for letting us all in on a small glimpse of your lives. I find FCB a very relaxing sports collecting site that I visit every day and I feel the knowledge of collectors here are second to none!

Thanks to Hawk8 (Dustin) for officiating this years MTSS gift exchange
