On a card this high it can obviously go any way but over the last little while it seems more and more big players (investment funds etc) are getting into the game, so I would be surprised if it went for less than $150k. I know of a red refractor 9.5 of a big (but less established) name that changed hands recently for $53,000.

In all honesty before I clicked on the link, I thought it might finally be the Longoria super. Unless I've missed something it still hasn't surfaced, correct?

    Not to my knowledge.
Look, I'm gonna be honest with you. I really need a job. And I will take any position, as long as it doesn't involve having sex with old ladies for money or bear traps. Those are my two bugaboos. While mulling over my resume feel free to check out my baseball card collection, it's small and simple, kinda like me - >>>>> https://s822.photobucket.com/user/JDf...ds%20n%20stuff

It will sell but it will be an offer, not a BIN.

I offered $1,000 a year for the next 250 years, but he passed. Should I make it 300 years?
WTTF/WTB: Looking for Red Sox cards I don't have of players from modern Bowman products. Always open to trade!

You know, if we could just scrape up a million bucks we could buy the Harper AND the 2009 Trout super. When I describe it like that, it doesn't sound too crazy.
Looking for 2011 Topps Marquee Museum autographs, rare Frank Thomases, and any Grady Sizemores I don't have

If I had the money to buy this I'm not sure I would. When he eventually retires with 400-500(I might be being generous here) homers and around 3000 hits, what will Bryce Harper have done that nobody else has? What will set him above the rest? Of course I guess this is not fair as I feel this way about all newer players which is why my collection rarely has BC rookie autos. You might have "the best" card of Harper ever but it's the best card of a guy who in no way is unique. Certainly no reason to knock anyone for collecting him. But certainly enough to give someone pause if they were considering dropping half a million on a card.
Collecting Jeff Bagwell all day every day!
Current Jeff Bagwell count: 4,637 different cards!
Also collecting Jerry Stackhouse! 751 different cards!
Also collecting Jack Lambert and football players from all Texas colleges!

I think you'll need to provide your medical history before he can decide on accepting such an offer. Have you ever smoked a cigarette or consumed an alcoholic beverage in your life? The likelihood of you living another 250 years greatly decreases if so.
