The golf US Open sucks, as usual...

Had to turn it on late, saw the scores and sighed.

The USGA, for reasons unknown to anyone, likes to make ridiculous course changes to make their own sport unwatchable.

Stupid, makes the tourney an annual travesty.

They'll never admit publicly but the players hate it.

    Rant over.

And the insane weather changes make the British Open an unfair Major.

    Prove me wrong...

It's nice to see a lot of the top golfers, and Tiger Woods, miss the cut. If you can't make the cut at a tournament (including majors) and you are a top 25 golfer, maybe your world ranking should drop 25 spots until you prove again you are one of the world's most consistent top-rated golfers again.

I thought I was the only one annoyed by Fox's terrible, overused audio.

    I was not...

    Leaders finish at +3.

USGA, for about the 10th straight year, admits "the course got away from us".

Last year wasn't dreadful and next year at PB SHOULD be fine, but man, it happens every fricking year. They make the course rough right up to the cliff's edge and are SHOCKED when it backfires. Unbelievable!

Later, I'll look up and post the best complaints but Fowler's 2106 "muni" roast is gonna be tough to beat...

Seems a bit extreme to me, especially for one event.

Maybe at the end of a full year?

I know tennis weights it's majors in rankings...

If you are a top 25 golfer and you can't break the top 60 or 75 or whatever the number of players making the cut is in the tournament you show up for, you shouldn't be a top 25 ranked golfer.

These primadonnas get to play courses that are normally set up for Stevie Wonder and when players need to remember about course management they all ***** and moan..

The amazing thing is everyone has to play that same course the winners are normally the ones that push through the tough conditions and make the shots as required..

I'm sorry if some of you want to watch Nintendo Golf every week, but me personally I enjoyed it..

I was a volunteer at the 2015 U.S Open so I have seen up close and personally what these players are playing on..
(that year everyone complained about the greens)
