Ebay listing experts?

Does anyone know how to create a listing like this one in the link. It is a grouping of similar, yet different items that are priced differently. I wonder if this type of listing is open to anyone or if it is only available to certain sellers?

That’s the one thing I never tried. Wonder if it populated from a checklist like from Beckett. I’ll have to check later, I have never done it. If it’s simple it might be worth the time.

Do these types of listings work? I'm trying to figure out if I should list some non-sport singles in a multi-variation listing or if the price per card plus shipping make it unattractive to get buyers unless they are desperate for that card(s).
