The title says it all. Looking to buy flat rate boxes or large lots of Cubs base and inserts. I'd prefer as little dups as possible but I won't be too picky as long as they're not junk era dups. I'm also willing to look at more expensive lots as well if these prices are too low. My rates are below and PMs work best. Thanks!
