Question re: EBay Europe payment

So I have a non card item (Daniel O'Connell cut auto framed) which will probably sell to someone in Ireland.

If this is the case, do I have to do anything different getting payment to convert to usd?

I am not positive, but I don't think so. I have only been buyer on a few international PayPal transactions, but PayPal does all the converting automatically, so assume the seller gets their final sell price in their own currency.
