Good morning all. Slept like crap the last couple of nights. Been waking up around 3 and staying up for 3 hours before going back to sleep for another 45 minutes or so.

had to call EMS this morning MIL not responding - upate this evening bad UTI and other issues = three days in hospital . At 89 and had a stroke every day is extra
