I need some advice Each year I normally buy 1 or 2 boxes to open and this year I purchased 2 boxes straight from Topps. Was excited when they arrived and at the first available chance I opened the first box. Pack 1- the top and bottom paper cards had both top corners with obvious bends, and the base chrome cards had 2 of the same card- terrible collation. At this point I decided to stop and video opening the remaining packs. Every pack had the top and bottom paper cards with damaged upper corners, and at least 3 more packs had the same base chrome cards duplicated. And to top it off one of the 3 autos I received, a blue Jenista #/150 had a scuffmark on the front where the chrome finish is missing. I videod opening the 2nd box and had the same problem- top and bottom paper cards with bent corners and a few packs with duplicated base chrome cards (2 had 2 base chrome cards duplicated). I know this is a long read but I wondered if others had the same experiences and what should I do/ask for as I plan on contacting Topps customer service. (Note in the Jenista blue Auto the defect is in the light line between his elbow and his body.)
