I always assumed DallasCardboys had ties to Beckett, but never expected DJB himself. Dude's not very knowledgeable about that part of the hobby; I've made a killing on his poor listings and added a ton of really limited stuff to my collection for amazing prices. Yet, he overprices so much stuff too...really shooting in the dark.
I suspected Beckett ties because images of cards in the magazine were often of cards that no one had ever seen. For example this Jose Canseco 1 of 1 I purchased from him...it was an image in the magazine, but never came to market until DallasCardboys sold it.
