Mike Trout's new #Angels deal, which won't be finalized for about 48 hours, is actually a 10-year, $363.5 million extension that starts in 2021. He still will be paid $33.25 million for the next two years under his existing contract. Full no-trade, no opt-outs.

Why would he want to stay there? Sure they've been good to him but that team sucks. They don't mind spending money so maybe they'll get it together but that management team has missed more than hit in recent years.

enjoy losing! Looked up Trout - 8 big league seasons (2011-present), only one division title (2014) and they were eliminated in the ALDS.
