Stanton is turning out to be a monumental bust. But the Yankees should have known how injury-prone he was before signing him to a massive contract.

He just went back on the Injured Reserve less than a week after coming off of it.
This time it's a sprained knee.
Before that, he had a torn biceps, shoulder strain and a calf strain.

4 injuries, 9 games played and a crazy 11 years left on his $325-million contract.

most yankee fans were mixed when they got him. we need pitching real bad. we won without him so no biggie. its only money the yankees have plenty.
