Have you seen many of these arrive when buying or trading for something? I have seen maybe a couple dozen show up. I think maybe twice, the sender used it correctly so that a 2nd use could be had from it. Most people seem to peel both strips and ruin it for a 2nd use. I don't care, as i don't mail out a lot, but it just seems...well, you decide what you think about it.
