I suspect there were two different Giants sets issued in 1990. I have two different Ted Simmons from 1980, same thing, just slight variations in the numbers. Without knowing more about these sets I would guess there was one issued pre-season and another post-season, something like that.

I think one is a team set and one is an All Star set. I have two different David Justices from 1994, same explanation.
