first off, kudos to ted hekids, aka t.hekids.

one hellavu call considering how much the snowflake cards were hated previously. price points were $.99 + shipping at the time. metallics were easily scooped up for the minimum .$99 bids too.

all of a sudden the bat down image blew up and suddenly blowout buzz runs a puff piece 7 months to the date later?

even alanis morrisette would call that ironic.

initial call:

exactly 7 months later 8/22/19

now to another nerd discovery...the auto versions.

metallic and non-metallic autos both limited to /10.

only card of the set that the metallic/non-metallics are equal?

btw: blowout buzz (bob) subsequently made a bunch of this unpopular product disappear like a houdini, aka a fart in the wind. imagine if they could get their hands on all the lebron/trout etopps rookies still held in house!?!

more nerd stats...

“pack issued” seems to hold precedence, right?

sapphires get the pass. why?
minis /150 get the “ehh” even though same distribution.
3d’s /269 get the “ehh” for now too.

regular bat down “sp” is 20k. 20k!!
which makes the metallic /2900 nine times rarer and legitimately the most “sp’d” pack pulled version.

crazy hobby.
