the Penguins break ground on new arena today

the Pittsburgh Penguins break ground on the new arena today at 11 am. I have been waiting for this new arena for 4 years now and can't wait for it to be ready for the 2010-2011 season. I am hoping to change my season tickets from half season to a full season when the new arena opens.

Was at the Mellon Arena for the Neil Diamond concert last night.

Those from Pittsburgh, what would you classify the smell of the Mellon Arena as?

I can't tell, but I love the smell, and it reminds me of hockey...

Mike it probably smells like mold and just oldness (if that is a word)to most people, but I have to agree anytime I am in The Mellon it just smells like hockey.
