Why is Porcello out after 1 inning?

Does anybody know what happened? Chris Lambert is pitching and it is only the second inning.

Yes he did...and it was quite impressive!!!

Youk throws his helmet at him and Porcello holds his own!

In short.

Tazawa hit Cabrera (did not apper intentional).
Porcello went in on Martinez (not sure if he hit him).
Porcello then hit Youk (debatable as to whether it was intentional.)
Youk charged Porcello...both tossed.
