That's effing ridiculous!! How do you even get lucky enough to come across that many? :lol:

I got them all from ebay. If memory serves, Rickey had 330 cards in this set between series 1 and 2, and most of them were #/24 or more. If I figured out the % I own of the possible 24's in the set, it would probably be very low and sad to see.

At some point I just got overwhelmed by all those Rickeys they were releasing and decided I should try to focus on something like 24's. It's awesome because they don't pop up too often, and when they do I usually have the money to snag them. Of course, these days I'm spending most of my card money on diapers.

Great stuff so far guys!! I love seeing some of the other players from the set all in one place.
You guys have actually inspired me to finally reorganize my collection over the last few days, so here it is

Not quite on par with Brad :lol: But I just started last year, and I'm filling in the holes as I go.
I so wish I had come back to collecting in 2005 instead of 2008 ::facepalm::

Got bored today, and was looking through the Beckett checklist.

I know we've all seen the Ruth Jumbo multiple times. Makes sense since there are 95 of them.
But Ruth has 22 other game-used cards in the set, and I don't think I've ever seen 1.

Has anybody ever actually seen one of the "Prime" cards, or the Jumbo Prime /3 ??

I posted a ruth GU in my post earlier...not a 'prime' though but does have stitching and a small part of a stripe....
