While you're reading this, the scans haven't probably completely load, so you have time to run if you think your connection will explode. To start these are almost 50 images. Edit: Now complete, please scroll down.
If you have any leads on the bold ones please let me know as I'm very interested.
Fist I started collecting cards of every player and it turned out to be very easy, so next I head to getting autos of everyone besides my Jorge Cantu, Edgar Gonzalez and Luis Cruz collection.

Thanks. I'm missing five for my non-baseball collection. With baseballs I'm more far behind like, 74/111
* Marcelino Solis: 1958 Cubs
* Miguel Puente: 1970 Giants
* German Barranca: 1979-82: Royals and Reds
* Daniel Garibay: 2000 Cubs (I think I can get him soon)
* Alfredo Aceves: 2008-09: Yankees (Shouldn't by tough)

On a side note, seeing your signature reminds me that I'd like to replace the auto I have from Jaime Garcia (2007 or 2008 Bowman certified auto) for an IP or TTM, but for the moment I count him towards the collection.

When I get home I'll look and see if I have any Garcia IP's for you.

Have you meet him? I've tried him two times in TTM with no luck, but I have to say that for my bad luck, it was during times that he was called up or get injured, so maybe, he never got the mail.

Great collection. You have a tougher task than me. There are only 40 Japanese MLB players total. I am at 34/40. Still looking for Shinjo, Kashiwada, Fukudome, Kuroda, Takahashi and Tazawa.

Thanks for sharing. I'll have to do a similar post for Japanese players sometime.

Fantastic collection! How did you obtain most of the autographs? I noticed a few toughies there I've been after for my Pirates collection.

Actually it's been really cool as I have used several sources: My preferred option is IP (from attending the stadium here in the Mexican Winter League to a bus trip to get Memo Luna and Benny Valenzuela), but I have recurred to TTM, ebay (some toughies and of course the certified autos), buying or trading from another friend / collector

Re: Mega Post: Mexican born players autograph collection 106/111

Here's some info on Barranca from a thread on SportsCollectors Net about obscure players that don't sign:
"Over four years, I've tried sending him a check for $50 via USPS, then tried $100 via UPS. Wrote extremely nice letters.

I've tried having David Cameron do a private signing with him at about $50 per, which he finally reluctantly agreed to. Then, he gets the items and refuses and mails them and the money back (He had a check for over $400 in his hands).

Then, finally, last month, I find out that a co-worker has family in his hometown and by chance, they share the same financial guy. He's sure he can get it. Barranca freaks on him and goes nuts and refuses. So, I give up."

The post is from a guy working on an all-time Royals roster and says Barranca is the biggest hurdle from finishing the all-time roster. Someone else posted that they heard Barranca was a willing signer during his minor league days.

I joined sportsgraphing.com a few days ago because I saw a post about a Barranca signing, probably the one described in your post.
Oh well, I'm so jealous from a friend that bought one a long time ago. This one will be a real though one.
Who really refuses $400? He played 67 games in MLB over four seasons (79-82) and 11 season of minor league ball during 1975 and 1982. I hope he's doing well in what he's doing right now, because he couldn't have made a lot from baseball. He also played winter ball here, but in those times there wasn't a lot of money to make.
I'd like to research more about his career, find a reason why he could have ended so angry at baseball and become, I know it sounds harsh, but it's true, so embittered.

Re: Mega Post: Mexican born players autograph collection 106/111

Looked on SCN, last attempts listed a York, PA address which is surprising to me, I live an hour from York. There is a guy on my adult baseball team that lives in York (only lived there about 2 years), I'll shot him an email to see if he knows anyone who might know of him.

Thanks a lot, I'll keep my fingers crossed as you never know in what mood you may find a person in a certain day
And yes, I've seen from several sources that he's living in York. I would really appreciate your effort.

These players have such excellent looking signatures, much better than the American players.
