Lots of unnumbered Pacific parallels have hit the market in recent years. Probably factory replacements.

Like he said probably a factory replacement. There are a lot of examples on Joe's site of Pacific cards without serial numbers that are factory replacements.

Alright all, for all you that have had a successful Mcgwire ttm please help me out. I am bound and determined to get one this year. He has not responded to me the past two years. Going to try with the dodgers. I have always sent a padded envelope with a smaller padded sase envelope and probably way too long of a letter to actually read. What do you send? Do you send in just a pwe with a pwe inside? Do you use a top loader? I always wanted it to come back undamaged but if I need to start doing pwe to get a response I will. My fear is he thinks it's some jerk trying to make a buck and not even opening it. In reality he probably gets so many request that after x days they get thrown away? Who knows. I just really want at least one ttm this year. Any ideas?
