Is that an electric Diamond Gold? Those things are impossible to find for some reason. It is one of 2 Larkins I need for 100% completion of the Beckett checlist for 1986-1995. Nick pickup!

It is. Took me this long to find one at a price less than burbank's. Got it for about half of what they want. Have both Maddux Golds from the set now. 1:35 for a 225 card set + retail only issue makes it one of the toughest non-serial numbered parallels out there.

Yeah it should be on the checklist. Was on there a few years ago. Bagwell has one. I also own the Griffey and Ripken. Which reminds me...Magicpappa...do you need the griffey? If so, it's yours!

In any case, these are mega legit! My only confusion was that what I have on the checklist is a "superslam mcdowell promo". The version I have is not necessarily a promo. I also have the Mcdowell too. But nothing looks different. So based on what N1astrosfan1 has told me(Sy), the promos don't exist but they actually made regular versions and these count as the only existing copies? I'm kinda confused. But in any case, trust me, you need it if you see it for your player. And like others have said, the seller is good people....

WOW Thanks predatorkj, no I do not own one ;)

I still have a hard time telling from most scans. How can you tell? I thought the only discernible difference was that the holo areas on the GFs were gold instead of silver.

That's right; but there was some creative photography, either intentional or unintentional, that made the hologram appear gold. Look toward the top where it isn't reflective and you'll see the silver foil finish.
