Panini redemptions have disappeared from my account

Need some advice on what to do. I had some 2010 absolute and 2010 Donruss redemptions and redeemed them on their website about 2 months ago and checked my status last night and there are none listed on my account nor have I recieved them. Anyone else have anything like that happen? Anyone have an inside connection to Panini?

They may be in the process of redemption, I recently received an e-mail for a replacement for my 2009-10 Contenders Dante Cunningham auto.

I would ask a question through their website. If you ask enough questions I think they will answer.
