That would be my best guess. I bought a box at fan fest and got a Ryan Howard Manufactured Patch. I have several Upper Deck cards like that. I'm just looking for the Wainwright. My other guess would have been inside of the Factory Set, but I believe that was a 5 card set w/o Wainwright.
